The jaws are 2" (50 mm) wide and 25/64" (10 mm) high and provide horizontal and vertical V-slots for holding round work pieces. The maximum clamping width is 1 11/32" (34 mm). The anvil top with a cast-in hole is optimal for supporting small and fine parts when drilling.

Small and Accurate - Ideal use for Drill Stand MB 140/S and Bench Drill Press TBM115

Made of surface treated solid aluminum and fitted with adjustable dovetail slides and three T-slots manufactured to the MICROMOT standard (12 x 6 x 5 mm, approx. 15/32" x 15/64" x 13/64"). The adjustable scale eases work piece positioning. Both hand wheels have zero resettable dials with graduations indicating 1 revolution = 1.0 mm (25/64") and 1 division = 0.05 mm (0.002").

The clamps and securing bolts as shown in the picture (for the drill stand MB 140/S and bench drill machine TBM 115) are included.

Sometimes even our slim and compact designed hand-held power tools are too "bulky". This is when our highly flexible Flexishaft is the solution. It is easily to be attached to any of our rotary tools, either to our Precision Rotary Tool FBS 115/E or the Professional Rotary Tool IB/E or our lightweight Rotary Tools MICROMOT 50 and 50/E in pen style design, which will hold the flexishaft's coupling piece with the collet size 7/64'' (3.0 mm).

Two ball bearings in the turned light aluminum hand piece and one in the drive end prevent tooI bits from chattering. The highly flexible shroud and core effortlessly transmit power without heating up even when bent tightly. Anti-kink springs at the grip and drive end. The flex shaft comes with 6 MICROMOT steel collets in sizes 1/32'', 1/16'', 5/64'', 3/32'', 7/64'' and 1/8'' (1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.2 mm). The drive shaft is 7/64'' and so fits our 7/64'' steel collet. For optimal use we recommend to fix the power tool properly, e.g. in our Universal Holders UHZ and UHV.

This practical adapter has been developed as a separate attachment for our rotary tools FBS 115/E, IB/E and mill/drill 40 and 40/E in order to reach into spots, which were not to be reached so far.

The unit has the MICROMOT standard collar of 3/4" (20 mm) and comes with an adapter, that is fitted to any of the above named rotary tools by means of a 3/32" (2.4 mm) collet that is included, too.

The angle adapter may also be used for cutting metal profiles such as model railroad tracks. The PROXXON rubber discs with sanding pads (NO 28 982) convert your machine into an angle grinder. In order to take full advantage of this angle adapter in tight spaces, insert bits or cutters as close as possible to the chuck. All of the MICROMOT steel collets (NO 28940) fit this angle adapter.
