| Minicraft products are guarantee for a 24 month period from the date of purchase should it become defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.
This guarantee is only valid provided that:
1) The product has been purchased by the user and not used for hire purpose.
2) The product has not been misused or carelessly handled.
3) Repairs have not been attempted by persons other than our service staff or overseas by our own distributors staff.
The guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and is additional to your statutory rights. These products comply with the legal requirements in force, relating to radio and television interference. The use of other than genuine Minicraft accessories and replacements parts may severely damage or significantly reduce the performance of your Minicraft product and may also be dangerous to the user. In some cases this may effect the terms and conditions of your guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to accessories.
Guarantee of registration cards are not supplied with Minicraft products. Your receipt is proof of purchase and hence your guarantee.
What to do if your Minicraft product becomes faulty within a 24 month period.
1. If your product becomes defective with a 24 month period from the date of purchase it is still under guarantee.
2. If the guarantee is valid then the product will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacture. The defective unit can be returned to the Minicraft Repair Center in Wisconsin under the "Returned Goods" policy. Please email or call before returning any product.
3. In certain circumstances product faults will be dealt with directly by Minicraft, but only at the discretion of the Minicraft Customer Service Center.
All tools and transformers comply with all current European regulations and directives. Minicraft reserves the right to change specifications and contents without prior notice. |
