To order by mail please use the shopping cart to complete your order, then print the last page. You can pay by personal check, money order, or credit card. All payments must be in U.S. funds. If you charge your order to a credit card, please enter the entire credit card number and expiration date. Be sure to include delivery charges. Wisconsin residents add 5% sales tax. If paying by personal check, please allow 2 weeks for checks to clear the bank.

Shipping:
For U.S. and Canada you can determine the cost of shipping your order by creating a shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. For APO/FPO addresses please select USPS Priority Mail. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, Please use your street address when using UPS service. We are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used. |
Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for store credit or refund. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit or refund for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited.

Limited Warranty:
All Minicraft and Proxxon consumer power tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of Two Years from the date of purchase. Defective tools are to be returned to The General Store for replacement or repair. This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessory items such as circular saw blades, drill bits, jigsaw blades, router bits, sanding discs, grinding wheels and other related items. Damage to the product resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repaires or alterations, unapproved attachments or other causes unrelated to problems with material or workmanship are not covered by this warranty.

| International Orders:
Please be aware that The General Store is not responsible for any taxes, duties, brokerage fees or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. The General Store has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
All international orders are shipped by Fedex or USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking and Insurance are included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. No refunds are issued for returns on international orders, but store credit will be issued.
Canada Orders - Can be placed on online through our shopping cart.
International Orders (outside U.S. and Canada) - You must email or call your order in. We can quote you a price for shipping on small orders or supply you with a stockist if one is in your area.
International orders require 2-5 days processing time before shipping.
