Minicraft Tools: Quality




			The design and production facilities at Minicraft are dedicated to producing practical products that are easy to use and meets the customer's needs. To do this, Minicraft engineers need to take the conflicting demands of power, weight, balance, feel and control into consideration. This is done by extensive research and careful selection of components.

			Minicraft products are precision tools. The first criteria to ensure the maintenance of quality standards is that components are carefully selected. Wherever possible Minicraft uses: Sealed ball bearings (some to medical equipment standards) 3 & 5 Pole permanent magnet motors Shafts and other turned parts from German watch and clock component manufacturers 10 Amp rated silver contact switches Quality of build is assured by each product being built in its entirety and then bench tested for at least two minutes before the next product is built. There are no traditional assembly lines at Minicraft.
